- exceptionally, ID card/passport number, personal identification number (CNP) in the invoicing procedure,
- for the conclusion of supply contracts for goods/services, additional data regarding the function and employer’s name will be requested.
Your personal data is processed at the company’s headquarters. Hosting and storing your data are done on Romanian territory.
We may provide your personal data to other companies with which we have a partnership, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from them and only for the purposes mentioned in this document. We will disclose information only if it is justified for the purpose of protecting against fraud, defending rights or property. Also, it may be necessary to disclose your information to comply with the legal obligation to respond to legal requests from authorities. Your personal data will only be communicated in the existence of a legal basis.
How long we keep the data
We will store your data exclusively for the periods stipulated in the applicable legislation. If there is no legal requirement, they will only be stored for the legal period applicable to each commercial relationship.
